Sainath is a Human Resources and Management professional having over 13 years of experience in the field of Human Resources with IT and BPO organizations.

Having Started career with ADSI (American Data solutions India), went onto building HR career with many MNC’s in various capacities. Post ADSI, Sainath went on working with various organizations like Zapapp India, 24/7 Customer, e4e business solutions, First Indian Corporation, Skelta Software and lastly with consulting and outsourcing HR company, Hewitt Associates as head HR for Bangalore & Noida locations.

In his tenure, Sainath worked on areas like, Recruitment, Employee Relations, Learning & Development, Policies & Processes, Performance Management System, HR Operations & other related activities. In Zapapp he was instrumental in developing HR function and bringing HR systems and practices. While at 24/7 Customer, he was instrumental in bringing the Employee Relations concept and developing the ER framework and practices across all locations.

Sainath was one of the founders of Gipfel and Schnell Consultings Private Limited in 2008.

Currently he is Founder & Director for GlanzHR Services Private Limited.

Arjun has over 12 years of experience in Insurance sector in BPO industry.
